DAILY FORECAST FOR GBPUSD

INTRADAY CHART

BIAS: While 1.4960-65 caps we should see losses down to 1.4894 and 1.4855-78 for a correction back higher

Resistance:      1.4960-65         1.4974      1.4990-95         1.5015

Support:   1.4920      1.4894      1.4855-78         1.4820-30

MAIN ANALYSIS:   Losses were more aggressive than expected and we should see follow-through today. This should see the 1.4960-65 area cap for losses back to the 1.4894 low (area) followed by a correction and then a second drop to (probably) 1.4855-78. Watch for bullish reversal indications from 1.4894 and lower for a correction. How deep the correction will be is uncertain and could be quite erratic considering we may be going into the NFP announcement...

COUNTER ANALYSIS:  Still - only directly back above 1.5124-35 would extend gains to 1.5155 and note the 1.5189 and 1.5225-35 areas - stronger at 1.5260-65.

MEDIUM TERM ANALYSIS:

24th November:   Losses are developing well and there's plenty to go. Once the 1.5085 area breaks the decline should continue lower in stages...

Only back above 1.5225-50 would see a deeper correction before the losses resume.
