DAILY FORECAST FOR USDJPY

INTRADAY CHART

BIAS:     I see the 121.95-122.21 area as key support now

Resistance:      122.50-60         122.98      123.20      123.43-56

Support:   122.21      121.95-00         121.50      121.25

MAIN ANALYSIS:   I went through the analysis over the weekend and came to the conclusion that we could see a deeper correction - and this was confirmed on today's open. The support should be around 121.95-122.21 (at an extreme 121.80.) This should still see price rally back to the 123.56 high and above - a minimum of 123.81 and potentially 124.00-30. This should still see the correction I detailed last week and for gains that may even eventually reach 125.85 - but that's something to confirm once the rally has developed.

COUNTER ANALYSIS:  An earlier break below 121.80 would see losses to the 121.50 support. Any breach would suggest losses below 121.00 and to 120.55-60 at least…

MEDIUM TERM ANALYSIS:

9th November:  Friday's NFP has surprised and with the break above 121.63 the risk appears to be a retest of the 125.85 high… maybe even a mild breach. I'd like to see how this develops because there are several options open.
